Day 56 - Stress Eating Day

The morning started stressful and the feeling lasted most of the day. Only after a very brief "demo" treatment at a new and very interesting doctor, did I start to relax. But the had already gone badly with eating and it continued rolling downhill.


Breakfast

- Amy's Vegetable Korma
- Soy Vanilla Latte



Lunch

- Spring rolls
- Thai Red Curry with tofu and rice



Snack

- half a container of Almond Dream Praline Crunch!



Dinner

- Thai stir fried vegetables with tofu and rice (I ordered two meals at the lunch price earlier so I would have dinner. Yum.)



Snack

- Tater tots (seriously. My mom made some frozen ones then didn't want them and I devoured the plate)
