It was so comforting to start making soup again. It's one of the easiest and somehow most satisfying meals I can think of.
- Fried potatoes and onions
- Coffee and orange juice
- Amy's Enchilada Dinner With Spanish Rice & Beans (again - a fall back when I'm busy or stressed)
- Chickfila Fries (it was a potato-y day)
- Soup thrown together with fridge leftovers (broccoli florets and stalk, mushrooms, carrots, onions, rice noodles, veg broth, garlic, ginger, lemon, salt and pepper)
