Day 38 - More vegetables

Yes, finally cooking a little and getting some greens at lunch!



Breakfast:


- Fried potatoes and onions (in case you hadn't noticed, these are my downfall. I try to convince myself it's not all bad, because at least they're a vegetable. And organic. And a good source of vitamin C, vitamin B6, copper, potassium, manganese, and dietary fiber!)
- Coffee and orange juice



Lunch:

- Sauteed peppers, onions, garlic, and black beans over spinach



Dinner:


- Vegan Lasagna
- Prosecco
- Dark Chocolate
